How do I update my CloakBox after renewal?

  1. Click HERE to log into your WiTopia Account
  2. Click on View Credentials under your Cloakbox subscription
  3. Click on Generate OpenVPN Configuration File at the bottom of that window
  4. Select your preferred VPN Gateway Location, then click on Download

    5. create an OpenVPN Configuration File for each location that you wish to use -> you may load up to five

  5. Log into your Cloakbox
  6. Click on VPN > VPN Client

  7. Deactivate the VPN ( if active )

  8. Click on Delete by each of the VPN connections

  9. Click on Add profile

  10. Click on OpenVPN

  11. Enter a Description ( I recommend the VPN gateway city name, so DC Metro Herndon in the example )

  12. Click on Choose File, then select the new OpenVPN Configuration file

  13. Click on Upload

  14. After Complete is displayed click on OK

  15. Click on Activate for the location you want to connect to
